Shek Pik to Tai O via Temples and Lung Tsai Ng Yuen Garden: Saturday 3 December

FreeOuting Shek Pik Reservoir to Tai O via Three Monasteries December 3rd 2022
Meeting Place: Tung Chung Station Exit B 10.00 OR 9.30 am Pier 6 for ferry to Mui Wui Or 10.10 am at Mui Wo.
Transport : Bus No 11 from Tung Chung OR Bus No 1 from Mui Wo to Shek Pik Reservoir.

Return from Tai O to either Mui Wo or Tung Chung
After crossing the bridge at the side of the reservoir, we will wall along the road with views of Lantau Peak to the entrance of the Kwun Yam Temple.
From here we will join a quiet country road to visit the Sai Lo Yee Yuen Buddha Hall and Garden.
This is one of the most beautiful temples on Lantau with great views. It was renovated fairly recently and well-worth a visit.
This is followed by a visit to Lung Tsai Ng Yuen garden
After a break, we will continue to the Infinity Lake and stream before heading to the coast for our final approach to Tai O.
Tai O is a lively town with numerous restaurants, the renowned stilt houses and traditional food stalls.
